SSMA Tai-chi forms comprise the following, along with YouTube links that provide good representations which can be used as training aids. They are listed in the order that we teach to students.

QiGong

The following videos cover the QiGong health routine called Duan Jin, or 8 pieces of Brocade or 8 Treasures. This is a good daily exercise as a companion to a regular workout routine or to doing Tai Chi. The first video shows the 8 Treasures and the second video shows the 8 Treasures for those who may have a disability in movement.
